Firm Foundation: Baptism & Communion

This class is designed to help you better understand our Christian faith and beliefs. Why do we put so much emphasis on baptism, and why do we participate in communion weekly? We will biblically unpack the importance of these two events and why they are a priority to OCC church. At the end of the class, if you wish to participate in baptism, we'll help set that up for you. This two-week class will help you: • Learn about each of the different spiritual gifts. • Discover the gifts God has uniquely given to you. • Identify meaningful ways your special gift and passion may be used to serve others and bring glory to God. • Learn the answers to “what do I do when I serve?” and the “where should I serve?” questions. Upon registering you will receive information for completing a spiritual gifts assessment prior to attending the first class.
