Fall Fest 2026 is HERE! You can sign up to decorate a trunk here! There are also other areas to serve the day of the event other than providing a trunk! Please see below! For trunks: Please remember the number trunk you sign up for. There is a diagram below of how we will be set up the day of the event. Please be parked no later than 1pm. The event will be 2-4pm, but we need everyone to be ready and in place for our guests. There will be a contest for the top 3 trunks! We will announce our winners at 4pm. Please have a bag of candy for your trunk just to get started and we will supply you with more to finish out the event! If possible, please include some type of game or activity with your trunk. If you need some ideas or help with a game, we do have some on hand. Contact Jackie at the church or email jackie@hickoryridgebaptist.org if you would like to utilize these. Food: We will be giving out nachos and drinks for a snack. There will also be a cotton candy and a popcorn station to staff during the time of trunk or treat. Lastly, we need baked goods for the cake walk. Please specify in the sign up if you would be willing to bring something for the cake walk (smaller portion sizes, please). [Image]
