Women's Prayer Shawl Group

The prayer shawl ministry started in 2011. We are a group of women who meet every first and third Wednesday of the month at 1pm in the lobby. By Spring of 2025 we have made and distributed well over 1200 shawls. We knit and crochet shawls to bless people who are having difficulties like illness, treatment, or loss of a loved one. Every fall we also make 60-70 hats and scarves for Austin Homeless Youth. Linc Austin distributes them when the weather gets colder. Do you want to be a part of our group? We would love to have you!
