SUMMARY:Made for Love | Life Teen
LOCATION:Rio Rancho\, NM
DESCRIPTION:❤️ MADE FOR LOVE\nWhat does it really mean to love someone?
 \nWe hear the word “love” everywhere—in music\, movies\, friendships
\, dating\, family\, and social media. But is everything our culture calls
love really love?\nAt Made for Love\, teens will discover that we were cr
eated by God to love and to be loved. We’ll explore the different ways o
ur culture defines love and compare them with agape—the self-giving\, sa
crificial love modeled perfectly by Jesus Christ.\nWe’ll also talk hones
tly about dating\, relationships\, sexuality\, and the Sacrament of Marria
ge\, helping teens understand the Catholic vision of love and why authenti
c love is more than attraction or emotion—it seeks what is truly good fo
r the other person. The night will explore the Church's teaching that marr
ied love is called to be free\, total\, faithful\, and fruitful.\nThrough
 music\, teaching\, discussion\, personal reflection\, and prayer\, teens w
ill be challenged to consider the relationships in their own lives and ask
:\nAm I simply looking to be loved—or am I learning how to truly love?\n
We’ll conclude the evening with Eucharistic Adoration and Veneration of
the Cross\, encountering the greatest example of love ever given to us: Je
sus giving Himself completely for us.\nParents: This Life Night includes a
ge-appropriate Catholic teaching about relationships\, marriage\, and sexu
ality. We encourage you to use this night as an opportunity to continue th
ese important conversations at home.\n❤️ You weren't just made to find
love. You were MADE FOR LOVE.\n\nHosted by Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic
 Church\n\nMore: https://whatsupchurch.com/events/made-for-love-life-teen-2
